Shipping and Returns


Below is a chart that lists all of the standard shipping costs for orders placed through uskidsgolf.com.  We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select countries using FedEx.Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders received for Standard Overnight and 2 Day Air will ship the next business day.   Items shipped outside the 48 contingent U.S. to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air. International Priority orders will ship within two U.S. business days.   Business days are considered Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Saturday and Sunday delivery is not available for 2 Day and Standard Overnight Shipping.

Shipping to a P.O. Box with FedEx is not permitted at this time.

U.S. Postal Service is available to any U.S. Territory, APO or FPO address. These orders will need to be placed directly with Customer Service; please contact customerservice@uskidsgolf.com with the product you are wishing to purchase along with your shipping address and a detailed quote will be e-mailed to you for approval.

U.S. Kids Golf is not responsible for weather or other unforeseen delays after a package is transferred to a selected carrier.



Products shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States

Orders will be subject to sales tax.



Products shipped to Alaska and Hawaii

Alaska and Hawaii - All orders must be shipped by FedEx; 2nd Day Air. Home Delivery and Standard Overnight are not available.



Products shipped International Priority


Only available in select countries

U.S. Postal Service is available to any U.S. Territory, APO or FPO address. These orders will need to be placed directly with Customer Service; please contact customerservice@uskidsgolf.com with the product you are wishing to purchase along with your shipping address and a detailed quote will be e-mailed to you for approval.

Customer is responsible for any import taxes or fees at the time of delivery.


Returns and Exchanges

Within 30 days of invoice: No Questions Asked. U.S. Kids Golf will gladly accept a return of merchandise, “ No Questions Asked,” if we are contacted, and you are issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number within 30 days from the date the product was shipped or invoiced from our company. To qualify for this “ No Questions Asked” return, products must be NEW – meaning unused and in their original packaging. Please call our customer service department at 1-888-387-5437 in order to receive a Return Authorization number.

You will be responsible for the shipping arrangements and fees, and the return must be shipped within 15 days of the date the RA was issued and received by us within 45 days of our shipped/invoice date.  However, if it is determined that the return is due to our error, a Call Tag (shipping label at our expense) will be emailed to you in order to ship within 15 days of the date the RA is issued.


Consumer Product Warranty

U.S. Kids Golf warrants its products purchased from an authorized U.S. Kids Golf retailer or distributor to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for ONE YEAR from the original retail purchase date. The warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties or normal wear and tear use such as paint scratches, fading, worn grips or cosmetic blemishes.  U.S. Kids Golf is not responsible for product not purchased from an authorized retailer or distributor or for a product that has been altered or modified in any way except for re-gripping.To obtain warranty service for U.S. Kids Golf products purchased within the United States, the consumer must present proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt to an authorized retailer or to U.S. Kids Golf.  The product must not have been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer.  In order to receive warranty service directly through U.S. Kids Golf, the consumer must first call our customer service department at 888-387-5437 in order to receive a Return Authorization number. U.S. Kids Golf will return the replacement product at no charge to consumers within the United States.  Outside of the United States, local taxes, tariffs or shipping charges may apply. U.S. Kids Golf reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product with the same or comparable product.

To obtain warranty service for U.S. Kids Golf products purchased outside of the United States the consumer must present proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt to an authorized retailer or the U.S. Kids Golf distributor in that country.
