U.S. Kids Golf, is world’s leading organisation for growing, promoting and enhancing Golf among Youth and Families, founded by Dan Van Horn in 1997, is the leading non-profit youth golf organization in the world. U.S. Kids Golf Foundation initiated its operations in India through U.S. Kids Golf India (P) Ltd.
The entity is synonym with better equipment, scientifically-designed tournament plays in age specific categories with age-appropriate yardages, and new learning and coaching resources.
Since its inception 2 decades ago, U.S. Kids Golf has impacted over one million young players through well-organized age specific tournament play by hosting more than 1600 tournaments, , including the US Kids Golf World Championship held annually at Pinehurst, North Carolina.
U.S. Kids Golf is the only golfing entity offering progressive platform for children to compete on Golf Courses set up as per the age specific yardage producing abilitywhile playing in theirage category, which ensures fair play and motivates Junior Golfers to achieve good score.
USKG tournaments have designed yardages for14 age categoriesfrom 4 years till 18 years.
This is well interspersed with relevant resources and apt teaching pedagogy delivered by over 1500 members as a part of its coaching institutes further accentuated with fine equipment in three distinct lines of clubs in up to ten sizes.
USKG has been the ‘Training Grounds’ for elite Golfers of likes of Jordan Spieth, Justin Thomas, Lexi Thompson and Patrick Reed.

During the first season, the India wide sojourn through 6 cities and 8 tournaments drew unprecedented interest from Junior Golfers which witnessed a stellar participation of 500 upwards by the best young golfing talent pan India aged 6 to 18.
The culmination event lead to recognition of 40 young Golfers with PRIORITY STATUS, extending “EXCLUSIVE’’ opportunity to them to participate in the prestigious U.S. Kids Championship, European Championship, British Kids Championship, Caribbean Championship and other such international events, furnishing platforms for them to champion the World & European titles.
The European Championship saw participation by 32 players of which 8 finished in top 20; The World Championship witnessed participation by 14 players of which 7 finished in top 20. The World Teen Championship had 5 participations of which 2 finished in top 20.
The year 2019 has been very important year for us, as we scaled up to professionally run Junior Championship Tour across 16 tournaments, which started from May 2019, with 8 tournaments in North scheduled for culmination event on 13th December and 8 tournaments in South India which is scheduled for culmination on 10th January 2020.
Also, for the first time ever, Indian International Championship event, slated from 28th to 31st January 2020, we are expecting about 120 to 150 registered young golfers from both India and across the world. The championship shall feature a 3-day tournament preceded by a practice round.
The event shall be considered an accounting event for World Amateur Golf Ranking(WAGR); The event shall also allow for rankings by Junior Golf Scoreboard, thus enabling a players standing with American Junior Golf Association(AJGA).
Based on the ranking points and qualifications gained during the tournaments, the young players will earn the exclusive opportunity to further play at the U.S. Kids World Championship, U.S. Kids European Championships and U.S. Kids Teen World Championship.
